My father's telephone out of order since 9th Jan.

On 9th January, My sister, Mrs Theresa Le Grange, reported my 89 year old father's phone as out of order. She explained that my father lives alone and at that age needs his phone. She was given a reference number 572crk090116.<br> After this she phoned 2 or 3 times times and explained the whole story again.<br> On 19th January, she phoned again and spoke to Lerato who said that she would mark the query as urgent, and gave my sister a reference number 810573.<br> On 20th January my sister phoned again and spoke to Tracy-Lee, who was very nice about everything and said that this was not acceptable. She said she would send an email to ensure that a technician would be allocated to the problem. It is now 01h20 on the 21st January and my fathers telephone is still out of order.<br> his telephone number is ***.<br> By the way, Telkom still owes him a ****le which was mentioned in my complaint about my ****le in my last post on this forum.
