My Experience with Telkom Maponya Mall

<p>On the 23rd February 2017 i took my phone I phone 7 for repairs at Maponya Mall. I was given Ref Number TRJ034917 and was told to wait for the message from Telkom that my phone is ready for collection wich will be in about 28 day. My phone is still under guarantee. I waited till around 24 March 2017 and decided to go to the store to check the progress since i was not getting feedback on the progress. I had to wait at the store quee for more than an hour and was told that the repairer coudnt fix my phone because its blacklisted. They sent an email to telkom Maponya mall and the store didnt respond. I then called telkom blackilisting department and expained thr situation. They promised to unblock it and said they blocked my phone by mistake. I got a message from telkom saying my phone has been unblocked. On the 10th April i went to the store again to check the progress and was told that it was taken to another repairer as the previous one coudnt fix it. But rhe new repair center cant fix it again as on their side its still blacklisted. The guy who was assisting me went to the manager to explain my problem but the manager didnt even spoke to me. She told the guy to call the repairer store. </p>
