My experience or lack of experience with Telkom has been extremely disappointing. Their communication is terrible. I've called their official number multiple times, and they keep promising to call me back but never do. End of January I did an application for fibre/wifi. They sent a courier with wifi box which I did not accept because I already had one. I signed that it should be returned. That was the last I heard from Telkom. They thereafter billed me for services I did not received until they handed me over to debt recovery. I am beyond disgusted by this.
