My emails have disappeared

I have had the same email address with Telkom for the last 12+ years. <br> <br> At around 5pm last night, my emails vanished. I could see them appearing on my phone but not on my laptop. So this morning I logged onto Telkom webmail to retrieve them, and there was not a SINGLE EMAIL IN MY INBOX. Every single email had vanished, not just the few missing ones from last night.<br> <br> I run a home business that relies on these emails and am horrified that this has happened through no part of my own.<br> <br> Can you kindly escalate this problem to your most senior technician to have this sorted out asap. I need my emails restored.<br> <br> <br>
