My e-mail hacked into - Telkom NO interest in assisting!!!!!

My e-mail account has been hacked into and completely hijacked. Absolutely NO joy from Telkom, they did not seem to understand what I was explaining. Merely told me to contact their sales department. I was told they have NO ***** department and NO interest in investigating this *****. I received an e-mail letting me know that I was hacked and demanding money from me to get my e-mail address back. Telkom is not interested in investigating and are unable to help me. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
