My device isnt supported by Telkom LTE

<p>i have taken my device to LG repairs and they have confirmed its not the device. When i manually search networks cellc vodacom and mtn LTE all show up but no Telkom LTE or 4G. (i am in a telkom LTE area because i tried with a huawi with the same sim card, it shows and connects to telkom 4G no problem, but my LG Spirit which has LTE does not. Please fix your network so that it is compatible with my device (ive spoken to your customer care, they told me Telkom LTE was not compatible with my device) ive never heard where a network refuses to support a certain device as that is your business and your primary product. Please get this fixed and if possible please let me know when it will be sorted so i can consider if i should go to another network.</p>

I have 4G now. It didn't even take Telkom 1 day (24 hours) to fix it. Thank you Telkom. I honestly thought you would just give me some excuses but you surprised me.

Now you just (still) need to increase your device offering for your contracts (as I mentioned to you before)
