My data has not been loaded from the 19th of much till date.

Telkom is bull****, their consultants do not know what they are doing. I bought a more nice bundle and it was never loaded. I called them to let them know about my problem and assist me. It has been a month and I have not received my data, bear in mind I work from home so it means my work was compromised. They can not connect you to their team leaders and they can't even explain they are just taking my details and that's it. Telkom is a **** and they are hiring illiterate consultants.
