My complaint went unanswered - Vumatel has won
Thank you for making this so easy.<br> <br> I just got off the phone with Vumatel and I am pleased to inform you that I will be having triple the internet speed for R 10.00 more per month.<br> <br> Please not that I will not be paying my account henceforth as I will be trying to recoup the additional costs Telkom has caused me.<br> <br> Jaun Meyer
