My complaint is still not resolved
I sent through a complaint twice now already on hellopeter on 2 Nov 15, got a response that my case number is bieng investigated, feedback will follow, I have still not had any joy or feedback or even a call from Telkom, I regret ever taking out a contract with Telkom, I am goin to consider the option of moving the contract to Cell C. case number is ***3
