My cell number still suspended

<p>I had a contract with telkom when I was due for an upgrade I cancelled the contract but it took them a long time to cancel it. I asked them last year when I cancelled it to unblock my number since I couldn't use my number. Since last year Sept they are still changing my number to prepaid. I got 4 different case numbers and they called me they said they did unblock my number, I switched on my phone and my my number was still not working. </p> <p>Last week I phoned telkom the lady that I spoke to said they can't unblock my number anymore since it's more than 3 months now. Who's fault was it? I asked them so many times to unblock it and they delayed. I wouldn't advice anyone to have a contract with telkom. I had so many problems with telkom. I need your help.</p>
