My calls are being ignored

I phoned Telkom to activate \call forwarding". <br> I patiently wait for a consultant to attend to my call...someone picks up but there is no response/help on the other side. The call was definitely not dropped! <br> I can hear many other consultants in the background so I know I've reached someone but I'm just being ignored!<br> It doesn't help they cut the time you spend waiting for a consultant if the consultant has no intention of communicating.<br> I phoned 3 times (1 call was dropped the other two were ignored) - POOR!!!!!<br> """
