My broken Telkom

I have deliberately avoided Telkom for the past 5 years due to their pathetic service. So I put my foot in it again. They always seem to come up with the best deals and I went for the 1 terebyte data for R999 pm. It seems as if they have gone from bad to worse. Three weeks after I have done the application I have no references, no feedback, nobody knows of my order. I do not even know where to cancel as the last time round I struggled for two years to cancel a router I did not order and then got black listed. I have no idea how they make their money. One would swear that their staff works for the opposition.
