My blacklist reputation because of TELKOM mistakes

TELKOM made a mistake yet again when I've upgraded from their ****ty land line to LTE and never canceled my old line as per cancelation for at their shop in PE Baywest Mall at the time a year later I were Blacklisted Without any notification because of their incompetence. I had to pay a lawyer allot of money to show TELKOM they were wrong and I had the evidence where I had the cancelation forms still to prove I'm innocent. Now because of TELKOM's mistakes I'm still refused to get store credit at some places places because it's still reflected on my background. It's like going to jail for a crime I did not commit.
