My bill is always overcharged

Hello Peter,<br> <br> My telkom bill is always overcharged with late payments while i pay my bill on time. Now Telkom decided to send me an sms to tell me how much i owe, while in actual fact i dont owe them nothing. Theres just someone who decides to put extra few rands on my bill. This may work for someone who doesnt pay too much attention on their bills. unfortunately I check every little amount. I even get threats that my services will be terminated.<br> <br> and when i call them it takes ages to go through.
