MY BEING DEBITED TEIXE CANT BE RESOLVED

What a horrible experience I an constantly getting from Telkom, it seems like every time you put a little bit of faith they just disappoint you even more. I have been calling Telkom to fix my issue of being debited twice instead their consultants keep on laughing at me and giving me silly comments. They all ask the same questions but never come up with a solution, keeping me on hold for an hour...ridiculous. I am now going to involve lawyers because I can't take it anymore, I keep on calling them and all they do is put me from pillar to post
