<p>telkom is a very bad poor service provider. I am canceling my line with them...it's been a month since I reported a fault. my line and modern got hit by lighting late November so I phoned and logged a complained. . I phoned around the 12th December to hear when they are coming out to fix my line...they couldn't even pick up my reference number and gave me a new one.....today is the 2nd of January still nothing. I asked to give me credit because I can't use it they said no. stuff them they are useless. </p> <p> </p> <p>poor customerservice........</p>
