My ADSL has not been working since November 2017

ADSL has not been working since November 2017 and the call centre support is so pathetic. Telkom has promised to send a technician since November 2017 and nothing is happening. Telkom does not miss deducting the premium for the service they never deliver. Its high time we get a competitor to close Telkom down. I have never experienced such bad service in my life!!!!!! #Telkom must fall
