My ADSL Application is a Mess

Even your facebook pays shows your *********** ways... Im very disappointed Because I app**** for a adsl package about two months ago.. In the middle of that they lost my first application and I had to redo one then when they finally came to my house I was told that my email logins won't work because they are from the old application. Then instead of giving me new email logins they tell me if I do that then I'll be charged twice at the end of the month and I will have to come in to dispute the first logins. How retarded is that fro a company that is supposed to handle major IT infrastructure Telkom is like a secretary working from her garage and using a potatoe battery to charge her router seriously.
