My account debited for R9585 whereas i dont have a telkom account.

My bank account was debited with R9585.02 by TELKOM mobile (Reference : TELKOMMOBI ********** ********** 163294 ).

I phone TELKOM and after holding for 20 minutes I speak to a very rude call center agent who just tells me to go and report this to a police station. No help from Telkom and my money is gone. Please return it!

I have never opened an account with Telkom. I have never lost my id and documents. Telkom must do a proper screening when opening accounts for people to ensure ***** does not happen.
