My account being suspended while I don't owe telkom

Good morning... I was suspended by telkom for none payment which acknowledged and I end up paying. Now since I aod from Sunday my account has been suspended and I'm spending Alot on data while I don't owe telkom. Their consulted told me this issue will be resolved within 24 and now I'm on 72 hours while my issue is still not not resolved.
