Must read fact about Telkom
Riddle me this! You own a restaurant and signed a contract with Coca-Cola for two years, where they deliver a 1000 cokes for you every month at the cost of R 6000. Five months down the line they start to only deliver a 100 cokes instead of a 1000. You phoned them and complained to them about the problem and they said that the problem lies with the delivering company and that they are trying to sort it out, but since you signed a contract with them you still have to pay the R 6000 even though you only receive a tenth of what you are paying for. Remember it’s not their fault (wink, wink).
Not one company in their right mind would work like this. You would be compensated for the loss of undelivered cokes and most probably receive an apology and a discount on your next purchase. So tell me, why do we allow Telkom to do this to us?
