IV RECIEVED 4 CALLS from different agents that just didn't sell it to me.<br> <br> I'm due for an upgrade and got countless calls from agents wanting to upgrade me... None could sell it to me,<br> <br> THEN came Mushfikah, from Claremont told her I would go to the store to upgrade, yet she explained all the benefits from doing it over the phone... she literally upgraded my package instead of putting me on the same package...<br> <br> I really hope she gets recognized in her department and i would like some feedback on this matter.<br> <br> She has fantastic phone etiquette, and conducts herself in a polite, yet firm manner, and knows her product very very well.<br> <br> WELL done MUSHFIKAH I'm not an easy man to impress but you have done the JOB!!!<br> <br>
