multiple things gone wrong

we have app**** to have our ads package upgraded to the 50gb, 10mbps for R899/m. <br> the first time we went to the store in manly and after a few weeks having received no response we were told that our application was not logged. we reapp**** telephonically, all our extra accessories were delivered besides the dstv explorer, when we queried this we were told it was out of stock. our line speed was upgraded, but we have not been allocated our new data limit, our login to usage tracker tool does not work. upon querying this matter, NONE of these issues have been sorted out. i asked about the dstv explorer and was told that the person who ignited our application did not put it forth and now that promotion is over. a large part of taking the data package was for the dstv explorer and now we are going to miss out on the special we app**** for. the first two weeks of may we did not have access to our internet and now we have more problems!!!
