Multiple port errors - no response
I sms'd my query to Telkom Tuesday 27 Jan. No response. I called and held for 10 min, no operator answered me. Called again on the weekend, no one answers. Sms'd again, received a ref number: 1202CRK300115. Calling again today, been holding for 21 min so far. No one answers. I work from home, so I cant do my business. Can anyone please help??
