Multiple phone lines down due to fault no repairs

Midday Monday my adsl and phone line connection simply stopped and would not reconnect, I promptly logged a fault, at 5 pm that day a telkom rep came to tell me it was due to a poll being down on the cnr of tin road and kelly and that it would be repaired the next day and I would have service again, no such repair happened however and I am still currently without phone and adsl service. What is worse is that the telkom pole and telkom box that would usually sit on top of it have been left on the side of the road unattended and phone line cables have been left laying in the road on Kelly and on the side of the road on tin road this I absolutely terrible and negligent by telkom please deal with the fault asap!
