Multiple bookings cancelled with no notification

Phoned at the begining of September to arrange installation of phone line, got an SMS on the 14th of September confirming appointment on the 1st of October.<br> <br> Put in leave to stay at home on the 1st of October for installation, phoned at 15h30 to find out where the technician is, informed that appointment was cancelled, no-one let me know.<br> <br> Spoke to Adele Wiering, she would have escalated the problem and given me feedbacbk, never heard from her again, despite calling again and leaving messages for her. Got the number for her boss Nox Tom, provided number doesn't exist.<br> <br> After phoning again on the 7th of October, got an appointment for the 14th of October, received an SMS confirming this. Received another SMS on the 12th of October to confirm the installation, rep**** @Yes as indicated. After what happened last time, phoned on the 13th of October again just to triple confirm the appointment, was informed that yes it will take place on the 14th of October.<br> <br> Put in leave again to stay at home on the 14th of October, phoned at 10h00 to confirm where the guys is, informed that appointment was cancelled, again, and again without letting me know, so another day's leave gone to waste.
