Much Deserved Praise for Telkom

Hi all, want to take a moment to show that there are some top class people at Telkom who will go the extra mile to help (I hope in doing so, I won't end up overloading these two great people with too much work!)<br> <br> I wanted to upgrade my telkom internet and call package to a more cost effective package. I contacted the Telkom call centre and the agents, while extremely patient and helpful, kept hitting a wall with the system on their side, a wall that shouldn't have existed, but nonetheless did.<br> <br> I took to MyBroadBand to ask the community for advice, and was told to message the \TelkomGuy"on MyBroadBand"
