Hi I was owing Telkom so I paid all the money on the 27th of November 2020 so I received the statement showing that I don't owe telkom anything but I requested for the paid up letter since the 1st of December 2020 and I'm phoning telkom weekly and I went to telkom shop for the third time today with no help, it's been six weeks waiting for the paid up letter will you please help me in this regard thank you
