Mtheke Tsuputse (chat) and Mbalenhle Ndebele (voice)This rating is for the two agent who went out to assist me in less then 10 minutes where else I had spent two days trying to get this resolved and spoken to 11 agent who all said they have sent me the information I needed but they had not. You guys are a true definition on customer services consultant and I honestly believe that if you guys were give the opportunity to lead, you guys would do an amazing job and also to train your ****orkers and I believe they need further training. I would make it so much easier for me if I can deal with both of you directly should I require any assistance in future because out of everyone I spoke you. You guys know your job and how to get this done correctly. If would be great if you guy can get a bonus and promotion because you deserve it. Thank you so much once again.
