Ms Siphumelele Thabethe deserves a huge promotion or salary increase

If it wasn't for Ms Siphumelele Thabethe, my review with the activation of my new contract would have been zero stars. My Fiber & connections were installed on Thursday last week with confirmation from Vumatel's Installers that the ISP would take roughly 24 hours to activate.

After 5 phone calls, 3 requests for call backs, 4 emails and the agents before all repeating "call 10210" and hanging up in my ear, Ms Thabethe was the only one who actually gave me substantial details on when my internet connection would actually be activated.

Client Services Manager should recognize Ms Thabethe's skill at managing a very bad situation created by other peoples complete lack of providing anything other than "phone 10210" on a brand new 12 month contact.
