Yesterday I went to Telkom store in Jabulani mall, I received the worse customer service, and I have never being so confused in my life. Firstly as I approached the store I was told to join the queue, I then told the guy who was assisting us what I came here to do he said they will see what they can do. so I must wait, I wanted to rica my prepaid sim that I bought from another retail store, but Tumi who was assisting me told me she can't rica sim cards that are bought from other stores and I must go back where I bought the sim and I told her they couldn't rica because their system is offline , but when I phoned telkom customer care said every telkom store should rica, I went back to the store and I asked for the manager, I explained everything and he told me they can't rica because Jabulani telkom is standing alone and was bought by someone else. So I guess I have to wait until the retail store is online. 😒
