Ms. Duma is a beacon of hope at Telkom!

Telkom cancelled our landline and adsl due to to many issues in our area to service / repair lines and too few people had landlines. Three years later we then received a demand for payment for the account they now denied they cancelled and told us to prove it. Telkom are very average and do not get a 5 star rating.

The purpose of this review is not to review Telkom but to make a public report on their employee Ms. Duma who handled dispute reference number ***0. Ms. Duma was helpful, patient (and I confirm that I tested her patience with my irritation about the letter of demand I received from Telkom) and resolved the disputed swiftly and sensibly.

I hope Ms. Duma's career goes from strength to strength.
