Mr Kanelo

My contract with them expired last year in April and I have continued month to month contract with them. I have since called to renew it which I said I wish not to renew. 2 months ago I have sent an email after advising that I have to do that for my contract to be cancelled and I have made a lot of calls prior to that but still to date, they haven’t cancelled it. What must I do
