I have cellphone contract with Telkom my account is updated but after month I have decided to take insurance for my account. My wife was paying for insurance but stop paying it. In August 2019 I receive call from Telkom insurance that I owe them R 570.00. I want explain but could explain to me how because my understand the insurance is suppose to lapse if there no payment. I was not getting statement or bill for insurance like I do for cellphone contract. I like no one was able to give me straight answer. In September 2019 I receive call from call from Debt collectors and I told them my story but still was not getting answers from Telkom. I agree to pay the on monthly basis after a week I receive call from debt collectors that my debt has increase into R 2k. I'm not happy with Telkom insurance my account now is in default
