I sighned up for a 24 months fiber contract with Telkom for R649.At the end of month 23 i went to Telkom greenacress to get new R399 special fiber contract becausevibdid not want to sit with out fiber .Month 25 came and Telkom kept on billing me for the R649 contact as to until today .Because i only paid the R399 since month 25 as per my new month to month agreement,it started to show on my account that i sm in arrears and then every month my account is been suspended and then i must go into a store to be re connected.I am only been told that this is the SYSTEM problem.but this just dont get solved.
