I have 3 existing contracts with telkom, and I was happy all along but recently I'm very sad. Telkom debited less than was they were supposed to debit then I called them regarding the matter they then said my bank mandate doesn't allow them to debit more than R1000 then few days later they debited the difference which was R533... But to this date my account is still blocked and I'm now dealing with their collectors as if I skipped months
