Mr Cloete - Well informed Telkom consultant

Dear Telkom

I specifically want to address this review to the consultant Mr Cloete, working at Telkom Wonderboom Junction.

It was a matter of urgency that I needed telkom to block my mobile device and not number, however, calling in, yes one waits over 30minutes to get a consultant than another 30minutes to hopefully solve the problem.

We are all quick to complain but never take the time to give credit where is due, credit to a job well done.

Consultants over the phone told me 1story, I went to my nearest Telkom store I got another story, I called again and got another story and my last resort was to go to the store again and go cause drama cause I had lost all my patience.

Please train all Telkom consultants like Mr Cloete! It took Him less than 30min to solve my problem.

I honestly rate His serve to 5stars, but I rated 4, the 1 star left is for the consultants from the very same store who turned me away the other time.
