I'm struggling for more than 2 weeks for Telkom to assist me with a tax certificate and technical support. My email is not working because of Telkom's stipudity. They assign my account's address to a dynamic IP address that was doing spam. Now I must be punished. I have urgent business to do but Telkom decided no. Im sure they must refund me on my monthly subscription. I'm looking to upgrade but they show me whom I MUST NOT USE!!!

31 May 2020, 16:16Telkom has all this specials on data packages. Don't go there!!! They sign you on, take your money and then you don't get service and communication does not exist!!! Look on FB al their bad reviews as well!!!!!!
