Moving to raine soon

I’m very disappointed at Telkom and I’ve been ignoring this issue for quite a while now. I’m a online gamer and I’m also a streamer on Twitch. But every once in a while my network would just freeze on me, but never did I complain about it till today I was playing competitively and bear in mind, this is how I put food on the table. I was playing a game called “Fortnite, Arena” for those that don’t know, Fortnite is a popular game globally and most people make tons of money through playing it competitively in which there’s also World Cups for it and stuff like that. Back to my issue, I was trying to qualify for the Fortnite World Cup till my network froze and I ended up forfeiting the game overall and that’s aggravating. So I suggest Telkom pay more attention to they’re customers rather than eating our money and giving us peanuts in exchange.
