Moving Telkom Line

Hello, Hi Telkom! Anyone there?? I guess not. I am still waiting on someone to contact me regarding moving our Telkom Line. We recently moved to Milnerton from Parklands North and put in a request at your Table Bay Mall store a few weeks ago to move the line over to our new address. STILL waiting for someone to contact us....!!

How long does this take to be processed?
