Moving my adsl line taking a month

I have moved house and requested my adsl line to be moved on the 31st of march the open serve technician went to my previous address today with an order to upgrade my line speed which was already done and completed in Dec 2017. IV had no internet for a month now Iv spent almost 3 hours of cellphone airtime trying to rectify but still no luck IV also asked to escalate my call with no and been told systems offline and supervisor not at his desk. Telkom service is really pathetic. Now they say they have to cancell the previous job card and re issue a new 1 which will take 7-14 days more oh the other operator says up to a month
