Moving/Migrating ADSL to Holding Pool

<p>I've requested that my line be moved into the holding pool as I'm migrating my line to Crystal Web. It is now more than a week and I have not been contacted by an agent. Don't even have a reference number!! They are happy to help you at the beginning but now they are just useless.</p>
