Moving lines to the data warehouse is impossible

<p>I have been trying to move my line to the Telkom wholesale holding pool for the last 2 and a bit weeks. Different stories with different timelines have been given, unhelpful call Centre who seem to lose my application. No one able to assist or take my application seriously. Very frustrating dealing with this company!!</p>
