Moving line to holding pool

Good Day

So I have been waiting for a while to move my line to the wholesale pool.

Found this on hallo peter, am I one of the lucky ones that will wait forever to get this done?

I have already gone through all these steps your CLIENTS below went through, still no luck.

My question again can you please speed up this process?

1)I've really tried every route now. Tried calling Telkom, tried going into the store, tried the live chat. Now my only option is to complain. Telkom you make the simplest of things so incredibly ****ing complicated.

I had a phone line installed, now I want to get ADSL with Afrihost, but they can't activate it for me because Telkom needs to move my line into a holding pool. I went into a telkom store, they had no idea what that meant, I tried calling, they keep transferring me from one person to the next without ever doing anything, I've tried the online chat, which never works.

2) I have been trying to get my ADSL line moved into the holding pool with no success at all.
Your call centres have no idea what this is.... then the ones I reach after 3 hours of holding
simply say they cannot perform it and simply give out numbers to so called departments. which when called I get advised saying no the call centre people deal with this..... is there absolutely no structure in your company ? does any one have an idea of what's going on. I wish to have my Telkom line released into the holding pool.

3) My first request to move my Telkom ADSL line to a wholesale holding pool was done via email on 10 March 2016 when I sent an email to [Email Removed] with the required \Contract_Service_Cancellation_Form\" and a copy of the account holder's ID attached in the email. I spoke to a Telkom operator on Thursday, 31 March 2016, she promised me that the number will be moved to the Wholesale holding pool within 48 hours, Afrihost, my new ISP, however are still unable to migrate the line because it is still with another ISP (Telkom). I have emailed, live chatted, called, almost everything but no one can assist me in completing something which is supposed to be simple but has been made incredibly complicated by absolutely pathetic service."

Thanks for the Lady who assisted my. I forgot your name. Why is it alwys neccesary to go balistic before telkom starts responding to urgent requests? Nevertheless this Wowman was very helpful. I will give her a 5 start rating, b.t.w. the rating is not for telkom
