Moving backwards
I used to have a 4mb line and my internet was stable for more than a year, then suddenly my line sync speed started dropping. After many service tickets and begging for assistance from Telkom, I was told that I need to migrate to a 2mb line as the 4mb line is no longer available in my area.

How can this be possible. I would have thought that Telkom would want to move forward and not backwards. How can line sync speeds be reducing instead of increasing? I would really appreciate it if someone from Telkom would contact me and explain what is going on, because according to the call centre, Telkom would not suddenly reduce line sync speed if it has been on 4mb for more that a year.
