Moving a line

I have been trying to move a line with no luck. Call centre agents give out reference numbers but nothing happens. Same applies with social media team which keeps on telling me to use a broken online tool or the matter is escalated yet zero results. Now I am considering cancelling the line since I already have fibre, just needed a back-up.
