Moved landline, no cordless phone

<p>I moved my Telkom landline, and was promised a cordless phone when doing the booking over the internet. So after it was moved, I was told to go to a Telkom shop and collect a cordless phone as a house warming gift. I have phoned a few shops, everytime being told that they do have stock, and when arriving at the store, they don't have stock anymore. I have phone customer services, tried chatting online, leaving posts on Facebook. But no reply anywhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bad service and empty promises.</p> <p> </p>
