Moved bokking as they please

I app**** for a new line. I received a sms confirmation yesterday to say that it will be tomorrow. I had to reply @yes to say it is in order. Done so. Now made all arrangements with kids and moved other appointments. Now today I get an sms to say that it is moved to 23/10/2015 - No good Telkom. Fix this. You want my business but this is what you do!!!<br> <br> Ref ***
