Move Telkom Router .

I have sent numerous emails to Telkom. All they need to do is move my router from the main house to the granny cottage. Everytime I email or call the centre, I am promised service within a few days. This is almost 7 months. I have also been promised escalation to management of my emails! Please can you help? I'm desperately needing a solution....yet nothing has come to light!
