Move telkom line to holding pool

I have been trying now for over a month to have my telkom line moved into the \holding pool\" so another isp can take over the adsl. I have phoned them on numerous occasions and nobody can tell me how long it will take. I have been told 48hours, 7days, 14 days and 30 days! Also, nobody is able to tell me how far along the order is. Does nobody at telkom know how this works or is nobody able to help. The service i have received so far is shocking. I have now been on hold for almost 30 minutes while typing this, being transferred around and still nobody can assist me."
